Programme of Events
We hold monthly demonstrations, talks and workshops in a relaxed, informal setting, with a diverse range of speakers, artists and teachers.
Whether you want to join or visit, all are welcome.
Membership costs just £35 a year, visitors are £5 per meeting.
Members joining after September pay a reduced rate of £20 to reflect the half-year programme.
We are on the ground floor, wheelchair accessible and refreshments are available. See below for further details of the venue.

Celtic Mythology
Join us as we welcome James for his debut visit to the society, although many will know him as a local artist and teacher. You are free to watch but if you would like to join in, please bring watercolours and good paper, also a mister if possible (we will have spares.

Still Life - Autumnal Focus
Collect and Create
Join us for a relaxed "Sketch or Paint In" - all levels welcome. Bring your mark makers and paper of choice and a focus on all things Autumnal. Pine cones, leaves, bark, fruits, berries and vegetables are all welcome. Focus on your own or add to a table for a cornucopia style. Please note this is a relaxed session without a teacher, although there are plenty of people to chat to about your work if you would like to.
